Daniel Schubert - Youth Ministry Assistant
Daniel grew up only an hour south of Fairbanks, in the small town of Nenana, Alaska. Growing up in a small rural Alaskan town, Daniel grew very close with his family who taught him about Jesus from a young age. Although he was brought up in this Christian culture it was not until Daniel was in middle school that he chose to become a Christian himself.
In his early high school years Daniel began volunteering his summers at Camp Li-Wa, in Fairbanks.  Where he not only continued to grow in his faith but also felt the call to go into full time youth ministry. Daniel graduated in May 2012 from the Moody Bible Institute in Chicago with a degree in youth ministry and in August 2012 was hired at Bethel as the Church's Youth Ministry Assistant.
Daniel's main duty is overseeing the middle school ministry at the church, but also assists and leads in the high school. He has a great passion for teaching doctrine to young people, and is very gifted in building relationships with students. Daniel also enjoys reality television, all things Nintendo, and a good cup of coffee.
